 The Party With A Star Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to all legal U.S. residents who are at least 18 years of age, except employees of Boca Networks.Com LLC (“Sponsor”), and their respective affiliates, partners, subsidiaries, franchises, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate families or household members of each. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law or regulations.

How to enter: To enter, visit www.partywithastar.com, fill in the entry form at the website, and complete at least one sponsor offer. To obtain additional entries into Sweepstakes, entrant must click on designated areas of the www.partywithastar.com website and sign up with Sponsor’s marketing partners. There is a maximum of twenty five (25) entries per individual/e-mail address during the entire Sweepstakes Period. The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 AM, Eastern Time (“ET”) on February 17, 2007 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on May 15, 2009 (“the Sweepstakes Period”). All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail account. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. For free entrance into the www.PartywithaStar.com sweepstakes you must send in a hand written 3 x 5 postcard which includes name, address, phone and email address. Each postcard is worth one free entry, maximum free entries is 25.

Prize (1): One (1) prize winner will receive a one (1) hour meeting with Vanilla Ice, one (1) roundtrip airline ticket (coach class) to destination of meeting and a two (2) night stay (standard room) in hotel chosen by Sponsor at destination. If destination is in close proximity to winner’s residence, Sponsor may decide, in its sole discretion, to provide ground transportation instead of air transportation and hotel stay. Restrictions and black out dates on grand prize apply. ARV: $2,500. ARV may fluctuate depending on winner’s residence and cost of airline ticket. Winner is solely responsible for the payment of all federal, state and local taxes and all meals, beverages, phone charges, incidentals, transportation or other expenses or costs relating to the prize not expressly set forth above. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution by winner or cash equivalent is allowed. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes for one of equal or greater value.

Selection of Prize Winner: The winner will be determined in a random drawing on or about May 16, 2009 from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The random drawing will be conducted by representatives of Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. The winners will be notified by email or mail on or about May 16, 2009and will be given instructions on how to claim prize. The winner will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability release (and, where permitted, a publicity release) within three (3) days of notification of prize or prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Release of Liability: By participating, you release Sponsor, and its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, employees, directors, and agents, including advertising agencies, from any and against any and all injury, loss or damage caused or claimed to be caused by your participation in the Sweepstakes and/or the acceptance, awarding, receipt, use and/or misuse of the prize, and you release Sponsor, and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, employees and agents, and all others associated with the development and execution of this Sweepstakes from any such liability and agree that these entities are in no matter responsible for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relating to the promotion and/or the awarding of any prize. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event that the preceding release is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or void for any reason, Sweepstakes entrant agrees that, by entering the Sweepstakes (i) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action; (ii) any claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, but in no event attorney’s fees; and (iii) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any other damages, other than damages for actual out-of-pocket expenses.

Additional Rules: Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered, or mass entries or entries generated by a script, macro or use of automated devices are void. No photocopied or mechanically reproduced entries are eligible. Sponsor is not responsible for: (i) lost, late, misdirected, damaged, garbled, or illegible entries; (ii) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or any combination thereof; or (iii) any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you (i) agree to be bound by these official rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Failure to comply with these official rules may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to: (i) permanently disqualify from any sweepstakes it sponsors any person it believes has intentionally violated these official rules; and (ii) suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes if Sponsor believes, in its sole discretion, that malfunction, error, disruption or damage is impairing or will impair the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the Sweepstakes. If Sweepstakes is terminated before the end date, Sponsor will determine the winner from all eligible entries received as of the termination date. Entry constitutes consent to the use of prize winner's name, voice, picture and/or likeness without compensation for promotion purposes.
